  William John Latimer age 87 died peacefully at home on November 9, 2022. Bill was born on October 22, 1935 to Cyril Valentine Latimer and Gladys E. Latimer. He grew up in Moorestown NJ and Brooklyn NY, graduated from Brooklyn Tech and attended Brooklyn College. Member of the International Union of Operating Engineers, Bill leaves a legacy of buildings and projects throughout New York.
