Here are some of the duties they will need to be able to perform:
Possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail skills, and a willingness to double-check information given to you to perform at the highest level. Able to call or visit and speak to area families and organizations to see if they are receiving the care that they need. Possess empathy and compassion for family members dealing with the loss of a loved one.
Side note: must be able to type the deceased’s vital statistic information, into our Patented case management software. (Remember – we will train you on this user-friendly system) Must be able to keep the information confidential. This position includes printing and design of all memorialization products, a willingness to follow the files all the way through and keep on top of items needed from other team members, order memorial products from our established vendors.
