On behalf of the Northern Manhattan Office of the Manhattan Borough President, sending our deepest condolences to the Carrasquillo family.

Dominick worked with us in the Manhattan Borough President's office for only a month, but he was a pleasure to interact with. He was kind, generous and responsible. He had lots of fun hobbies including boating, fishing, and eating Spanish food! He loved his family and the Mets. My condolences to his family. Gale Brewer, Manhattan Borough President

Wow, I can't believe I'm writing these words, S.I.P Nicky. Gone to soon! I will hold close to my heart all the wonderful memories of the late 80's and 90's when I was part of your amazing family. My heart goes out to Lula who has endured so much. May God give her the strength to continue along with Jeannie. No words can't relieve your pain and sorrow but continue to hold on to the beautiful memories shared with your family. To Nilsa and daughter , I'm truly sorry for your loss :(
In my thoughts and prayers always...
Maribel
