Tooch was like a character from a Police Academy movie. He took a lot of good natured ribbing from the other cops, but we did it because we liked him, not to be mean to him. He always had a positive attitude, and NOBODY could say a bad thing about him! I hadn't seen him in over 20 years, but was happy to hear he made it to retirement. This was terrible news to hear about his passing today. Tooch, you will be missed by many, and never forgotten.
