Obituary of Teresa (Honey) Sorrento

Teresa (Honey) Sorrento passed away on January 10, 2021. She was 83 years old. Honey resided in NYC for the last 50 years. She was born in East Orange, NJ. Daughter of the late Peter and Elizabeth Landusco. She is survived by her beloved husband of 60 years, Victor Sorrento. Her loving family Valentino and Francine Sorrento of Monroe Twp, NJ, Peter and Nora Sorrento of East Brunswick, NJ. Her treasured grandchildren, Peter, Victor, Dayna and Matthew.

Predeceased by her sisters, Monica and Marie. Honey is survived by her sister Patricia Bruno and brother Peter and sister-in-law Valerie Landusco, brothers-in-law Anthony Cirillo and Frank Richardi. Cherished by many nieces and nephews.

An executive secretary to the CEO of Midas Kapiti International, Honey retired at age 65. Always well dressed and smiling. Our Honey girl was the light of our lives. She enjoyed playing cards, shopping, and loved the Jersey Shore where she spent most summers and where she met her husband. Most of all Honey adored being with her family. Always a beautiful presence with an abundance of love for everyone.

She will always live in our hearts and her warm and generous spirit will forever be part of us.

Funeral services will be private due to Covid restrictions.
A catholic mass for all who wish to attend will be held at
St. Peter's Church - 22 Barclay St., NYC
at 11:00 am on Wednesday, January 13, 2021.

Burial at Greenwood Cemetery, Brooklyn, NY
